Ancient giants, mysterious and rare. Stand as tall as mountains and above any tree. The decendants of such creatures pale in comparison to their ancestory.

The Jotuns came long before other species and even the caelia themselves. It is said that the Jotuns have taught the Old Ones the secrets of the land and sea.

Lore holds it that the Jotun are the ones to place the stars in the great skies to tell their stories and predict stories yet to unfold.

Stories told of the Jotun's wisdom hint to having great foresight and even clairvoyance. Though, it's not a common trait amongst their more recent kin.

The Jotun have myseriously vanished from the lands. And all traces of their society have faded to myth. The shared lineage of their decendance is often excused as heightened tales.

Creatures known now as giants are near 20'-40' tall on average.

Grandes are of giant lineage and stand nearly as tall as 10' foot. They are not the smartest known, but possess great strength that rivals their giant cousins.

Treefolk have also come from the great giants of old.
